We offer practical wellness solutions based in mindfulness.
We develop classes, teach yoga and meditation, and host service events to help our community. We believe that compassion based mindfulness is an essential tool to take care of ourselves and our community. We work with individuals and organizations. Examples of our services include hosting trauma and wellness workshops for the legal community, guiding retreats, teaching yoga in jails, and collaborating with non-profits to offer yoga and meditation.
